Selah为从小在非洲长大的两兄妹和一个很少离开家乡的美国田纳西州人，3个年轻的天才音乐家，走到一起开始了他们的音乐旅程！


《Hiding Place》是他们的最新一张专辑，专辑里混合了刚果和爱尔兰语言，并把POP和R&B的曲调渗入到了赞美和崇拜上帝的诗歌中！形成了所谓的“Selah sound”。福音合唱三人组Selah，由妮可(Nicole Sponberg)、托德(Todd Smith)姐弟和他们的好友键盘手阿兰(Allan Hall)，所组成的慈善三人团组合(Selah)在2004年为援助非洲贫穷国家兴建医疗设施，翻唱了《你鼓舞了我》(You Raise Me Up)并摄制成宣传录像带以动员捐助。歌曲录入他们的第四张专辑《隐藏地带》(Hiding Place)。组合起名"Selah"，意为“让祈祷之声更响亮”。
