1. 我必须花时间进入神的同在，好使我能察觉自己的软弱和需要，更新我与祂之间的交通与情谊。I must take time to come into God’s presence, to feel my weakness and my need, and to renew my fellowship with Him.
2. 成长与得力的必要条件是：天天花时间单独与主耶稣同在。Time alone with the Lord Jesus each day is the indispensable condition of growth and power.
3. 每天我要与神有亲密的相交，就像父子享受彼此在一起的时光。Even as a father and his child enjoy being together, so I must have this intimate fellowship with God each day.
4. 祷告最重要的目的是意识到天父的同在。但愿我的目标是：单独与神同在。Let this be my chief object in prayer, to realize presence of my heavenly Father. Let my goal be: “Alone with God.”
5. 如果我寻求与父神相交，我会在祂的话语中找着祂。If I seek fellowship with the Father, I will find Him in His word.
6. 当我看见许多亟需帮助的人时，会催使我向神呼求，因惟独神能帮助人。May every sight of those in need help urge me to cry to God who alone can help.
7. 祷告能力的源头是葡萄树，如果我是住在基督里的枝子，祂必会供应能力。My source of power in prayer is the Vine. If I am the branches abiding in Christ, He will supply the power.
8. 我有花时间在神面前、在神的同在中吗?一切事都取决于此。Am I spending time in His presence? Everything depends on this.
9. 我生命中最大的喜乐，在于我知道自己蒙主耶稣所爱，且每天可以与祂交通。The greatest happiness of my life is that I am loved by the Lord Jesus and can fellowship with Him every day.
10.哦!但愿我能天天花时间在祂面前，啜饮祂的爱。O that I would take time daily in His presence to drink in His love.
11.只有当我完全降服于圣灵时，我才能活在神的旨意中。It is only when I am wholly surrendered to the Spirit that I will be able to live according to God’s will.
12.除非我屈膝祷告，否则我无法活在祂的爱中。Unless I am on my knees I cannot live in His love.
13.祷告生活会使人爱基督、爱其他基督徒，并且爱不信主的人。A life of prayer will make a life of love to Christ, to other Christians, and to those without Christ.
14.我必须反省自己的祷告，是否真的合乎神的旨意和神的话。I must ask myself if my prayer is really in accordance with the will of God and the Word of God.
15.公众联合的祷告，不能缺少隐密处的祷告生活而存在。My hidden prayer life is inseparably bound up with united prayer.
16.花在祷告的时间，乃是讨神喜悦的献祭。Time I spend in prayer is an offering pleasing to God.
17.真实祷告的操练在于要神自己，与祂有交通，并与祂建立友谊。The real practice of prayer is when I take hold of God and have communion and fellowship with Him.
18.要经历真正的祷告，我必须向自私的愿望死去。To experience real prayer I must sacrifice my selfish desires.
19.天天否认自己来与神相会，即使须要付代价，岂不是很有价值吗?Isn’t it worth the trouble to deny myself daily in order to meet God?
20.当我祷告时，我的态度应当是一种安静的期待。As I pray, my attitude should be one of silent expectation.
21.当我感觉自己的祷告很不完全时，我要俯伏在神面前，确信圣灵会教导我祷告。When I feel how imperfect my prayer is, I may bow before God in the confidence that His Holy Spirit will teach me to prayer.
22.我求神给我恩典能完全为神而活，无论是向不信主的人分享福音，或服事祂的子民。I pray for grace to live completely for God, whether in sharing with unbelievers or serving His people.
23.当我花时间单独与神同在时，我会披戴基督。I put on Christ by spending time alone in His presence.
24.当我花时间、付代价与神相交时，我得着极大的报偿。When I take the time and the trouble to spend time with God, my reward will be great.
25.如果我里面要经历神的大能，必须多花时间与父神相交。Much time is needed with the Father if I want to experience the power of God within.
26.我们每次寻求神或呼求祂的帮助时，必须是全心全意的。In seeking God, in crying for His help—each time it must be with my whole heart.
27.当我花时间在神面前，直到我知道自己全心渴望服事祂，这带给我神垂听祷告的确据。Spending time with God until I know I desire to serve Him with my whole heart gives me the assurance that God hears my prayer.
28.祷告是地上唯一能支取属天大能的能力。Prayer is the one power on earth that commands the power of heaven.
29.即使在日常的工作和生活中，我仍然能呼求神、触摸到祂。Even in the midst of my daily schedule I can call out to God.
30.每天当我花时间在神面前时，但愿一直有个思想存在我里面：基督是一切。Each day as I spend time in His presence, let this thought be with me : Christ is all.
31.对爱的大能有信心，预备我能过一种在祷告中与神相交的生活。 My faith in the great power of love should prepare me for a life in communion with God in prayer.
32.身为一个基督徒，我应该祈求能顺服神的话，并活在基督的爱之大能中。As a Christian, I should pray that I would obey the Word of God and live in the power of Christ’s love.
33.只有一个方法使我能爱仇敌：借着在祷告中找着并经历基督的爱。There is only one way that I can love my enemies: by the love of Christ, sought and found in prayer.
34.如果我只为自己祷告，我发现很难在神面前有正确的态度。If I pray only for myself, I will not find it easy to be in the right attitude toward God.

38.若没有爱，就不可能有真实的圣洁，所以我祈求我爱别人的心能增长。Without love, true holiness is impossible, so I pray that my love for others will grow.
39.如果我在相交中与祂同行，我会得着力量能变得像祂。As I walk in fellowship with Him, I am given strength to be like Him.
40.爱别人，意谓着会流泪、心碎，以及恒切祷告、多多祷告。Loving others may mean tears and heartache, and much persevering in prayer.
41.我是个导管，让至高的爱流经我，而达成其目的。我要开始为周围的人代求。I am a channel through which the highest love can reach its aim. I will begin to intercede for those around me.
42.如果神等着要与我会面，我却将其他工作摆在优先，那就太短视了。If God is waiting to meet me, it is shortsighted to put other work in His place.
43.如果我想经历神的同在，我必须从事更明确、更恒久的祷告。If I am to experience God’s presence, I must engage in more definite and persevering prayer.
44.如果我要成为代祷者，圣经所教导的昼夜呼求神的祷告，必须成为我的经历。The scriptural teaching to cry out day and night in prayer must become my experience if I am to be an intercessor.
45.有时祷告是要改变我，更甚于改变环境。Sometimes prayer changes me more than the circumstances.
46.神借着祷告，在我一切所行的事上给我力量;并借着我带下祂的能力，来作工在其他人的生命中。Through prayer God can give me strength for all I do and bring down His power to work through me in the lives of others.
47.神能赐给我，我所渴求的祷告能力。God can bring me the power to pray that I long for.
48.我与父神的关系，可以成为一种不住的祷告。My relationship with the Father can become one of continual prayer.
49.祷告之于让圣灵引导的生活，就像呼吸之于肉身生命一样的简单。As simple as breathing is in the physical life, so will prayer be in my life led by the Spirit.
50.祷告乃是进入神的同在，将自己的需要交给祂，并留在祂那儿。To pray is to enter into God’s presence, commit my need to Him, and leave it there.
